At the moment, the imitators are at best petty criminals, and danger only really extends to the odd mugging or stabbing. They aren't out to kill or maim anyone, and prefer their subpar trickery to violence. Observation won't lead to a hideout as they don't seem to have one—they really are so basic that they just resort to meeting in shady corners or even right out on the street. Unorganized and no clear leader, but constantly trying to recruit new blood and often found loitering around the Vipers' lodge to eavesdrop or find new marks to follow around. Can't imitate if they don't know how they act!
