We can have the incense "bring in" a certain amount of aer per month so Vesperia abilities will still work. How much is up to you/any castmates -- if you want to have it run out in the later weeks one month or maybe be especially sparse one month so there's only enough for a few days' worth of use in the name of Shenanigans Purposes that works. You could also have it become affected by the incense and cause spells and abilities to act strangely, backfire, etc. if you wanted as well.
