Not a dumb question at all! They are, for the most part, just human (plus one elf). We actually have some art on commission for them but Life Happened A Lot and it hasn't been finished quite yet—however we do have some preview artwork we've been sitting on that it feels like it's time to release! (We'll also be using PBs for icons during major events, and there'll be artwork for any incense-related changes, like Viper's scales, and other fun things in the future too!)

We've added all their pictures under their headers on the coteries page, and we'll be making a plurk about it as well.
