Don't apologize because this is all tl;dr also...

1. All of the above can be found there! Most of it is local to Coatepec, going from current records of monsters, plants, census, all that kind of thing to local legends, history, and the like. There are also smaller sections for what they know about Tikal, Kiichpan and Coba as well, although those tend to err more on the side of far-flung history and legends or customs rather than a lot that's strictly concrete information. There's also things like the bestiary, which is generally on par with what you'd find on the actual OOC bestiary page, give or take the details/illustrations. So basically anything outside of what someone ~may not people to know about~ will be there.

2. Trade is a little bit ahead of gold in terms of commerce, yes! It definitely pays to have the raw dollaz, and lots of it, say for maybe commissioning a building or paying directly for services (such as a security detail in Tikal, couriers, folks who may want to travel light and don't want a broadsword for payment, etc)... and there's also something of a social status to having a lot of gold too. But in general being paid in practical items goes a longer way. Precious metals, sturdy weapons and armor, and non-mistwarped farm animals are big ones, and to a slightly lesser extent gemstones like diamonds. The highest ticket items would be the lesser relics and trinkets from the outer ruins, or anything noteworthy they might also find out there. Even if those items don't do a whole lot or are basically ruined by the elements, folks will seem willing to hand over a lot for rare pieces of history, and considerably more if they do have special properties. A lot of the locals are hard-up for cosmetics like clothing aside from what they already wear/can make, pigments to wear as makeup/kohl, and perfumes; also entertainment. Even the adults are very interested in toys and games, as there really isn't a lot by way of fun. It'd be easy to start a huge fad boom and get loaded quick by inventing Bop It or something man.

3. For the most part it is the Mandragoras specifically! But there are also other dangerous plants people shouldn't be owning that float around from time to time like carnivorous or poisonous semi-sentient mist flowers, vines, etc., but basically everybody thinks it's cool and fashionable to earn a screaming weed in Coatepec right now for some reason.

4. There is what could loosely be called one dedicated lounge rather than a bar in Coatepec, although because there really aren't "laws" surrounding drinking on Copalli, it's possible to find alcohol behind the counter in regular eating establishments sometimes also. For the most part they only really have pulque which is basically skunky beer, mead, and a couple different forms of paint thinner—I mean whiskey and vodka. They haven't perfected the art on the hard liquor yet, sometimes it's so strong people go temporarily blind, they could probably use some help with the recipe, also expanding the selection. (It's better/there's more variety in Coba, where drinking is a profession for some of them.)

As far as opening a bar/nightclub, that's totally fine! In a lot of cases a suitable building is already vacant and can be moved into for free if you're coterie in that city, and if not for a nominal fee per month. He'd just have to worry about trading or paying for any other construction, furniture, the booze, and whatever else. We have blank comments on the locations page where you can comment with the business info, link to a page in your journal if there is one, and any other information about it, and you could also make an OOC post letting people know it's there, too. No need to check in with us for approval so long as everything's realistic, but you can always shoot the info over to us to look over first if you want.
